Returns 

Returns are accepted only under specific conditions.

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if:

  • the item is unused

  • the lace is uncut

  • the hair has not been worn, installed, washed, styled, or altered

  • the item is returned in its original condition and packaging

Items that show signs of wear, installation, or alteration cannot be accepted.

Return Process

To request a return, please email Support@sheatehair.com within 30 days of receiving your order and include:

  • your order number

  • a brief explanation

  • clear photos and video's of the item

  • Return requests that do not meet the conditions above will not be approved.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) via the original payment method.
