Return Policy
Because each wig is made to order and customized, returns are only accepted under specific conditions.
You may request a return if:
• The product arrived damaged or incorrect
• You contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
• The wig is unused, unstyled, and in its original condition and packaging
Custom-styled, bleached, or worn wigs cannot be returned.
